The GHOST line of saddles are an innovative line from Italy. These saddles are extremely light weight. They will fit a wide variety of horses due to their unique construction which allows the rider to alter the saddle’s rigging & stirrup placement simply by moving some ‘T’ hooks. SADDLE BASE: This base is an essential element for the saddles in order to guarantee stability, but allow adaptability to any horse & balance for any rider. GHOST saddles are made from flexible materials to prevent points of pressure on the horse's back. The base of the GHOST allows equal distribution of the weight of the rider. The saddle easily adjusts to the horse's musculature & body shape. GHOST saddles also follow the horse’s natural movement. The rider also has plenty of opportunity to adjust the saddle for his or her body type method by changing the position of the stirrup straps. This creates balance & a contact that helps coincide with the horse's & the rider's center, something that many other saddles don't allow. The base also has adjustments to move the girth rigging forward or back according to the horse’s structure. This greatly increases the comfort & fit to each individual horse. See picture below. PANELS/CUSHIONS: Another positive benefit of the GHOST is the quality of the panels for the horse's back. The GHOST panels are made with a special micro pores that adheres & adapts to the horse's back. They guarantee a large & solid support which aids in distributing the weight uniformly. (The larger the contact surface against the horse, the less pressure per square centimeter). These panels can easily be adjusted to the back of any horse by moving them vertically &/or horizontally simply by pulling them on/off, they are attached with a heavy duty Velcro. This eliminates any spinal stress & contributes to a stable & comfortable rider position. The rider can then follow the natural movement of the horse, resolving all problems of fatigue & back aches. MATERIALS: Ongoing research & development of new & technological materials have given the GHOST saddles & bareback pad several important qualities. They are lightweight (approx 3 kg./6 lbs) waterproof, easy to clean, hearty & breathable!
