The Renegade ® Hoof Boot Is the result of this quest which lasted over three calendar years & consumed an estimated 20,000 "man hours" of development time, coupled with simultaneous "field testing" by over a dozen competition endurance-horse & rider teams covering thousands & thousands of training & competition miles on some of the most rugged terrain in the southwest.
The uncompromising design philosophy of putting the horse first has led to a hoof boot design that highly respects the soft tissue of the hoof capsule & lower leg, does not obstruct the movement of pastern bones, does not accumulate significant quantities of dirt & debris, stays on the hoof well for performance work, & is the easiest to install & remove of any high performance hoof boot on the market to date.

Supracor Hoof Pads
Designed to work just like the elastic horn tubules inside your horse's hoof—which naturally flex & compress to absorb shock—the Honeycomb Pad absorbs 40 times more impact than other leading hoof pads. Comprised of elastomeric material in a matrix of encapsulated air pockets, its unique cellular structure distributes weight across the hoof, providing the most impact resistance in the heel area where the initial shock occurs.

Boot Length = hoof length plus some extra, about 1/8" to 1/4" (3mm-7mm). If the required boot length is shorter than what is shown in the boot chart, we can trim the back of the boot base at no extra charge.
